About

Since 2008, Veida has been serving as a community birth doula, and in 2024, she transitioned into professional practice after completing her training with DONA International. Her own empowering birth experiences sparked a deep passion for birthwork and a calling to offer the same support, strength, and sacred presence to others.

Veida specializes in unmedicated births and is proud to support all types of births - whether at home or in the hospital, medicated or unmedicated - with the same grace, compassion, and nonjudgmental care. In 2025, she became the first VBAC Certified Doula in the San Francisco Bay Area through The VBAC Link, further expanding her ability to serve families seeking vaginal birth after cesarean.

With over 50 births under her belt, Veida brings a calm, steady presence and unwavering dedication to every birth space she enters. She understands that birth plans may evolve, but her commitment to providing continuous love and support never wavers.

Veida is here to serve,  rooted in mercy and compassion - holding space for families with sincerity, softness, and strength. 

In addition to her doula services, she also offers birth photography, capturing the raw beauty and sacred emotion of labor and birth with love and artistry.
